Salman F Rahman was informed that 80 Saudi companies will invest in Bangladesh

Salman F Rahman, adviser to the prime minister on private industry and investment, informed journalists that authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia published a list of 80 Saudi companies which are interested to invest in various sectors of Bangladesh. Salman F Rahman attended meetings with the Saudi ministers and various important persons after he had attended special meeting of the World Economic Forum in Riyadh.

Saad Alkroud, who is the Chief of Staff and Secretary General of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Public Investment Fund, informed Salman F Rahman that 80 Saudi companies are interested to invest in Bangladesh. He also mentioned that Saudi Arabia is very interested in energy cooperation with Bangladesh.
